Group Therapy

How many times have you felt alone with your problems? Therapy groups help you learn about yourself while you help others learn about themselves. It’s also a very effective way to enhance your individual therapy.

Group members describe the following benefits:

  • Expanded awareness of feelings, thoughts and sensations
  • Greater experience of the “here and now”
